Introducing Sound Therapy & what effects it can have on people. The meditative state that can be achieved from being bathed in Sounds from various Sound Therapy instruments, including Tibetan Singing Bowls, Gongs, Ocean drum, rattles, shakers etc. My personal journey with Sound, from my very first group Sound Bath to now, where I hold Sound Baths regularly & the feedback I’ve received from attendees without me even being near them.
